You Don't Have
to Heal Alone.

A space for women who have experienced

trauma to find community, connect with

others who understand, and heal together.

THE METHOD

A support system for people who are sick of working on themselves.

For all the women who've looked around at their lives and thought, "how the hell did i get here?"

You've done the work. So why don't you feel quite right yet?

You've tried therapy. You've cut back on the things that weren't serving you. You're getting your steps in, working on yourself, and doing all the things you're supposed to do. But somehow, something is still missing.

Maybe it's connection. Maybe it's having people who genuinely get it. Maybe it's remembering how to have fun, try new things, and feel like yourself again.

We're building a small community of women who are ready to figure out what comes next — together.

Think the accountability and regular check-ins of a recovery community, with a different kind of approach: getting out into the world, trying new things, sharing stories, and making room for a little chaos and some laughs along the way.

From physical activity and yoga to storytelling, stand-up comedy, music, dancing, and meditation, we'll explore different ways to reconnect with ourselves, each other, and the parts of life that make it worth showing up for.

Lets have a little fun, and remember who the fuck we are.

Finding Your Way Back

Less sitting on the sidelines. More showing up for your life. Together.

Healing Rituals

Connect

Socializing

Dinner, live music, comedy, drinks, storytelling, and new experiences. Real connection, shared laughs, and people who understand where you're coming from.

move

Physical Activity

Test your limits and discover your strength - whether it's strength training, yoga, dance, or trying something completely new. Find out what you're capable of.

reset

Mindfulness

Gratitude, meditation, breathwork, and making time to check in with yourself. We don't expect to transform into Buddhist monks, but we do practice taking a moment and being in the present.

Accountability in Recovery

We're taking the idea of sponsorship and accountability from programs like AA and putting our own spin on it.

We're talking daily group check-ins, weekly one-on-one coaching, and a group of women who genuinely want to see each other do well. But instead of everything revolving around addiction or religion, we're making space for the stuff that makes up real life.

Got a win? Let us have it. Is someone driving you absolutely insane? We want to hear that too. Saw a cute kitty on your walk? An incredible sunset? Heard a song you can't stop playing, or watched something that made you laugh until you cried? Send it to the group.

Not every check-in needs to be deep. Sometimes it's about getting out of the house, noticing what's happening around you, finding something to appreciate, or having a reason to share a moment with someone else.

The idea is to help each other stay connected - to ourselves, to each other, and to the world outside our own heads. To celebrate the wins, work through the hard days, try new things, and hold each other accountable to the lives we're trying to build.

We're not expecting daily epiphanies or pretending life is amazing 24/7. Some days you'll have a win to celebrate, other days you'll have a ridiculous story, a petty complaint, or absolutely nothing exciting to report. It's all part of being human. The point is to check in, stay connected, and be real with each other.
